I didn't respond very well to the previous posts. Anyway, I'll do it now.

Gary,

I do take some of what you take, but if I were to buy every product mentioned here, I'd be thousands in debt. [Smile]

There is a LLND a couple miles away from me, and I may make an appointment with her... if only to talk about detox and how to somehow control the anxiety. Anxiety, inflammation, and toxicity seem to be all grouped together in my case. When I address all three, the anxiety calms a lot. I'm learning on my own how everything that goes on in the body is related; not something that most MD's seem to acknowledge. Well, it's very true with Lyme and co-infections.

djf2005 -

Thanks for all the product suggestions. I really do appreciate it, but like I said it would make more sense for me to see a professional.

I thought about asking my doctor about welchol, but I totally forgot last visit. How does it work for you.

To be honest, I really don't understand homeopathy. Not that I need to understand it to buy the products, but I'd feel more confident if I did. My older sister actually goes to a naturopathic school in Oregon, and when she tried to explain it to me it was all over my head.

I use and understand herbs, but I think I'd need a class in homeopathy in order to understand it. To be honest, I am a bit skeptical. I would try the products if there were free samples. [Smile]

kday-

You are right, there is no need to understand homeopathy in order to use that type of medicine.

If you so some searches on LN, you will see that some of the most powerful and effective remedies people have tried have been homeopathy.

I suggested Pekana and/or Heel drainage kits because there is a general consensus that they are an easy, effective, and generally well tolerated way of addressing detox in a pretty comprehensive way. The Pekana kit addresses your lymph system, your liver, and your kidneys; W/O all three working correctly, you will continue to feel toxic.

Your anxiety is probably caused by infections at the root, but the lower your toxin load, the lower I suspect your anxiety will become as well.

The Heel kit is similar to pekana, yet much less expensive and still effective.

Whatever you decide to do, make sure you are incorporating some type of detox measure.

Some less expensive options that are herbal if you are more comfortable w/ them would be from Nutramedix. Parsley, Burbur, and Pinella all have different detoxification properties and are generally well tolerated.

Good luck

Derek
