Hey cheezhead...
Sorry you are having these problems.
As for the eyes... quite common. Dry eyes may be helped by drops... check with eye doc. MANY many folks with Lyme have VERY dry eyes... exceptionally dry eyes.
#2.. and I don't mean THE number 2 in real life... just the #2 on your list...
Combined with #3 could possibly make you want to check out lower spine issues that you MAY be having... which are involving the nerves.
A chiro might help??? Worked for me.
Pimples in that area... well.. let's say many folks with chronic Lyme do have a kind of bumpy rash there. Quite common.
Some have it all the time, some on/off... in that area specifically. Sometimes it gets worse while herxing.
Some docs look there for that rash specifically. Use to be (in the olden days) one way to determine chronic Lyme before good (or better) tests were available.
Not to say if you have bumps you have Lyme .. but a LOT of folks who did have the bumps did have chronic Lyme.
Dry cracked skin on shins? Hmmmmmm.....
Any shin problems lead me to think of Bartonella... specifically Bartonella quintana. Might just be dry skin.. but you may want to consider that.
Thought- If you mix the dry mouth and dry eyes.. you might think Sjogren's Syndrome, which affects a number of Lyme patients but is thought to be another "immune disorder".
But then again it could be caused by medications... a side effect.
As you know I am NOT a doctor.. and this is NOT medical advise. But maybe these thoughts will spark something and lead you in the right direction?

- Now - don't cringe - but I think #2 on your list could be a sign of parasites (pinworms will cause the sensations that you describe but so can other kinds).
Yes, it could be a sign of nerve damage and Tincup's suggestion for some kind of cranial-sacral treatment might help ease up any nerve impingement near the tailbone . . . and/or it could be a parasite issue.
--------- EYES:
For the eyes, a preservative-free moistening drop is very important as dry eyes can cause problems. Orally taking Fish oil many help, from an inside-out approach, too.
dry mouth and dry eyes - look at the detailed side-effect list for every drug you are taking. If any cause dry mouth, they will also cause dry eye. And, unless absolutely necessary, it is best not to use any drug that causes dry mouth.
Dry mouth can lead to a multitude of problems, not just for your mouth, but also for your heart. Dry mouth allows bacteria to have field day and it can destroy jaw bone and even migrate to the heart.
