So...I haven't taken an antibiotic in almost a year, but I still struggle with yeast. I've taken so much Diflucan that I think it's immune. I've tried the anti-yeast diet, which is great until I have that one piece of cake or that one cookie and then I'm back at square one again. I've also tried every pro-biotic under the sun. Everything helps, but nothing works.

I've been doing a lot of research and came across Syntol. It has 9 different strains of probiotics plus other stuff that actually kills yeast.

Anybody have any experience with this particular brand?

no, sorry.

but i recommend this...
http://www.customprobiotics.com/custom-probiotics-adult-formula-cp-1.htm

make sure to read their testimonials - great stuff!

oh, you can call them at 1-800-219-8405 and ask harry or danny any questions - like i have this problem, what should i do, how should i take your product - they are more than happy to help. having someone to directly speak with is such a benefit.

Thanks hens, I'll definitely check that out!
TuTu, It has 13 billion per capsule, so it's pretty high. I'd love that info, thanks!

I have been buying Ultimate Flora at the health food store. It contains 50 billion per capsule.

Someone here told me about Body Biotics and I'm buying that next month. I'm anxious to try it!!
