I haven't heard of a typical place for the rashes - but I can tell you that of my kids, one has a bart rash on his face, two on their backs, and I have had two on my thighs. Two of my friends have both had them on their stomachs and one on her side.

So...I think they can be anywhere, but I am curious about other responses. J

I have what I think are Bart marks; they come and go on my upper back and shoulders.

I'm undergoing a new Bart test to confirm that I do or do not have Bart, but I show many of the classic symptoms.

They can be anywhere. I have had the same Bartonella marks on my butt and back for the past couple of years. I also have scratch marks that randomly come and go, and they're anywhere on my body. Also, if a person gets stretch marks below their waist, it can be caused by a hormonal imbalance, or other Endocrine problem, so keep that in mind. [Smile]
