I did a similar protocol for a while, but I took Ceftin instead of Omnicef. Ceftin and Omniceft are in teh same drug class, both are cephalosporin abx. Supposidly, this class of abx will hit the spirochete form of lyme. the Zith hits the L form, and again, supposidly, is supposed to get teh lyme to change to spirochete form. So maybe Omnicef is hitting the spriochetes?

I you are really worried, best thing to do is call the MD.

Zith treats lyme and so does Omnicef. Do you think you have bartonella? If so, you could go after lyme, bart and babs by taking Mepron, zith and Bactrim rather than Omnicef. Something to keep in mind down the road. Another protocol that hits all three would be Mepron, zith and Rifampin.

The Art is very helpful for babs and I would take it too if you can tolerate it. My children did and it helped, but they both developed allergies after about a year on it.
