Anyone take both? I need to start taking magnesium but think I may be getting some from the Nexium. Anyone have any info on this?

Thanks. I have started having constant muscle spasms in my feet and hands and have come to the conclusion that my diet contains almost no magnesium and 1500 mg a day of calcium. I will have to pick up some magnesium tomorrow.

I think Dr. B recommends against too much calcium. He says that calcium plus magnesium tablets are not well absorbed in Diagnostic Hints and Treatment Guidelines.

I don't supplement calcium, I went gluten free for the new year and the result was increased calcium in my diet from whey protein, milk and cheese while apparently grains are the best source of magnesium and I essentailly removed those because of gluten.
