Very important information. I'm bumping this up for others to see.

This is the least of my worries. I can in no way have a mouth full of amalgams removed when I am battling LD.
Maybe something to do in the future. I am not even convinced that its neccessary.
Maybe you can have a few taken out every few months or every year.
I don't get how a person has mercury poison all of a sudden. I have had mine in my mouth since I was a kid and it never made me ill.
LD made me ill!
Not saying mercury is a good thing; but just not convinced it is the big disastor its being made out to be.
I still don't know what you replace them with? No one ever says. Do you just leave your teeth wide open for more bacteria to settle in?

I've replaced 4 out of 9 in the last couple of months. They're replaced with a plastic "composite".There are some different composites out there to choose from. I don't remember which one I got.
I didn't use a "metal-free" dentist though. The nearest one was about 175 miles away! I went to my regular dentist.
I did breath oxygen over my nose and took some extra chlorella and some activated charcoal to help detox.
I may get the other 5 done sometime.

you may not be able to get better with the amalgam in there
gigi-i went to canada to get all my amalgams and root canals out by a biol dentist.
now i have no bad stuff in my mouth-but it is time for regular check up and i can't get to canada again. there are no biol dentist nar me. do you think if i go to regular dentist and not let them use amalgam on me i will be ok? i know there is a risk of mercury flying around from others. i'm thinking maybe use charcoal on my own lke the biol dentist hadme use.
