How does one get a good effect from probiotics during the day, if one is taking abx three times during the course of the day - breakfast, lunch, and dinnertime?
I can only take the pro's at bedtime, and this is clearly not enough for me.

Good question. I have trouble remembering too.
I try to place sticky notes around in various places where I might be reminded. I still forget though because I get distracted on my way to the refrigerator.

No, don't take with any antibiotic, TVW!!! Two hours before or after abx.
Take them at bedtime and if you can squeeze them in during the day... otherwise... maybe in the middle of the night too??? (if you wake up?)
Be sure you are taking a HIGH QUALITY probiotic like Theralac ( www.theralac.com ) VSL#3, or Body Biotics ( www.upwardquest.com ) .. or perhaps Ultimate Flora.

If I take them between meals, they roughly have a 2 hour effect before the next meal - then they're dead -- except for bedtime.
