Hi all
I'm not quite sure why my LLMD is trying the AI # 1 with me, maybe to try to reduce herxing.

Would like to start this soon..Any tips greatly appreciated!

Yes, it is to help reduce herxing - that is the main purpose of it. Just follow your doctor's instructions, &/or those on the bottle.

I found AI#3 very helpful, along with all the good self-care methods.

Backing up. You wrote AI#1. It that what the bottle says? What I'm talking about is AI#3. Never heard of AI#1. If that is what you have, disregard all this.

I can't advise you - I don't remember as it's been awhile since I took it. See links below and read the bottle. You might go back over any notes from your doctor.

AI#3 is a formula - intended as part of a specific protocol. Some LLMDs find it helpful to help ease a herx.
