I wanted to get feedback if I am taking my supplements at the correct times so they do not interfere with each others or abx. This is confusing.

7am
doxy - B complex - Glucosamine - Omega 3/6 - Gabapentin

Noon
Vitamin C - Magnesium - Alpha Lipoic Acid - Co-Q10 - Milk Thistle

Mid afternoon
Olive Leaf Extract - Cordyceps

6pm
doxy - Omega 3/6 - Glucosamine

10pm
Red Yeast Rice - Magnesium - Milk Thistle - Probiotics - Gabapentin - sometimes Nyquil to help sleep

Thanks

I don't see any problems that stand out .... hopefully someone else will chime in.

Have you tried Benadryl for sleep? Nyquil just has so much different stuff in it ..... Also Valerian Root or 5 HTP can be good for sleep as well.

Omega 3's...you can take the whole dose at once.
Taking with food helps to minimize fishy burps.

CoEnzyme Q10 needs fat to be absorbed.
You can take it with the fish oil.

Are you taking N-acetyl cysteine?
Acetyl L-carnitine?
Vitamin D3?

It's actually best to split Omega doses up (like you are doing), ideally after meals, as it tends to improve lipids better that way.

I'm not a fan of Omega 3/6s though, as most people tend to get plenty of Omega 6s from diet. I prefer just Omega 3s.

Taking CoQ10 with the fish oil is a good idea.

Only thing to watch out for, to the best of my knowledge, are minerals 2 hrs before or after antibiotics -- so you should be fine there. I'll assume you are taking Doxy with food, so just don't drink milk or eat dairy at the same time. If taking without food, you have a better stomach than I do.
