Hi all, Right now pain and stiffness body wide are my biggest symptoms. Do they ever go away with treatment?
What helps the stiffness? I'm only in my 30's and I feel like I'm 100. What causes the stiffness?
All thoughts appreciated, I'm sooo over this stuff!

What helps?
#1. Flexeril #2. Sleep on an air mattress or Sleep Number bed rather than spring coil mattress #3. Rebounding (using a mini trampoline) #4. Zyflamend - herbal anti-inflammatory that does not have the side effects of prescription. Available at any Vitamin Shoppe and carried pretty much everywhere

As lih infers above the inflammation can + probably is the cause.
Do as stated above + may want to not eat all foods you may be allergic or sensitive to. Avoid other allergens.
Massage with someone who specializes in lymphatic massage may also be helpful. The more they have done it the better they should be.
Any other coinfections ? I feel that babs increased my inflammation greatly.
And if you buy a rebounder stay far away from the cheap ones. They can really trash your ankles + knees. Good ones will last for years.
