It's like there's a wrestling match going on in between my left and right sides of my head, that then transtions to a hard pounding feeling in the back (like someone's hitting me to some drumbeat), and my head tilts forward and nods to this rhythm. (I wish i could hear the music)
Then, it's like it moves down into my shoulders/back muscles and pulses there, and almost does loopty-loo's around my chest cavity, then down into my stomach, then it finally gets to my fingers which then go numb and tingly. And then feeling is all over. It's gotta be a herx-
I don't like sound and dont want to talk during these episodes, altho i'm able to type this amidst the head nodding.

oh on oral Flagyl (500mg/day), Clarithro (1000 mg), and 1,750/day Amox/Clav.
Does this go away or do people with this symptom always have it--i.e. permanent nerve damage?

can go away. are these symptoms constant or intermittent for you? If intermittent, like mine, it's a good sign that it can be reversed.
there are a lot of reports that the nerve stuff has gone away for others with treatment.
Hang in there, Feelfit

I have a slow tremor with almost every moment of the day, but after starting treatment for Bb, i have gotten the type that Mandy from UOS goes through...i know this is herx'ing but i guess i just need to calm myself down.
I'm in work, and cannot leave and it's horrible because each sound i hear now, along with the marching vibrations and head pulsing, i want to ralph.
Even my co-worker's whisper is close to making me upchuck. Even the sound of the keys typing now..makes me really pukey and jerky.
