Hi, I have been feeling better with my Lyme symptoms.
I have been on .5mg of Clonzepam twice a day for 5 years, I recently cut back slowly and now I am down to .25mg twice a day.
Since Jan. I have pretty bad insomnia. Any natural stuff to help the insomnia?

I use sublingual melatonin at bedtime.
Different doses work for different people.
I order it through the Vitamin Shoppe.
Oral melatonin did not help me.
Bioidentical hormones have also helped.

My insomnia has completely disappeared since i've been doing rifing on my GB-4000 rife machine for a couple of months. A great side benefit!
I had quite a lot of insomnia on antibiotics for years, but melatonin and valerian helped a lot some of the time.
Twice this week i took a Diflucan for candida, and it gave me the insomnia again both nights.

Getting your cortisol levels where they need to be is helpful.
Mine used to be too high at night and I was a crazy insomniac.
Now i go to sleep every night at midnight and get 8-9 hrs of sleep.
