you can take it right off the spoon, but I mix it in with something usually (veggies, scrambled eggs) or you can even down it with some water.

I eat it off the spoon. Chew and swallow with water.

If you have not tried it, I would start with just 1/8 tsp. to see how you react.

In some people like me it can be very strong. And you can ramp up.

I would eat it off an upside down spoon so it wouldn't get on the roof of my mouth....then chase it with food.

I never found it did anything for my yeast.

I don't know but I love the stuff, I could eat an entire jar. Of course I only eat about a teaspoon full. I take it with my Mepron. Mepron should be taken with fats.

I didn't know it was good for yeast.

What I get is not oil form. It is hard and white

but it is pure virgin coconut oil hard pressed,

natural organic 99.9 pure. Cold it is like lard,

put it in your hands and it quickly turns to oil.

I have a virus I take it for. I don't like the lard

feel in my mouth so I chew quick and flush...LOL

Guessing that the organic pure, hard pressed virgin coconut oil is best (even if it is like lard)

But are there any recipes/blender drinks it could be incorporated into to make it more appetizing?

I know, when "blender drinks" was mentioned, some of us just jumped to pina coladas lol.

I actually put mine in my hot green tea.

Once you get passed the "oil slick" on the top, its really not bad.

I know some people that put it in their coffee too.
