Every night, I think. Basically a hoax anyway.

Google it. I think there was proof that it's useless. I don't care enough to research it myself. You could also search here because this issue has been discussed tons.

An ionic foot bath would make more sense. Yes, it costs money but well worth the price in my opinion.

The free detox pads aren't going to hurt you, but they're not going to do you a whole lot of good. Since you can get them free, use them!

Dr. Mercola seems to think that for the most part the detox foot pads are a scam. And personally, I agree with him.

Investigations by ABC, NPR and MSNBC showed that the detox foot pads didn't work as advertised.

I think they work, but not enough to justify the expense.

They have helped me in the past, but only for a very short time which makes me wonder what they did in the first place.

If you must try them, healthmarvels is really the only place I know of which has a good quality (if there is such a thing, lol)

I couldn't give it a thumbs up or down. I used them and yeah you get all this dark green or black goo on the pad and after using them night after night it becomes clearer and makes you think it's doing something.

However, I never noticed it made a huge difference in my well being.

Google it, it's been on nightline and all other sorts of places, it is a hoax.
