I am so upset! Being sick is bad, but being sick and looking like this is horribly upsetting.
I am not on any ABX for lyme currently. I am on diflucan and nystatin to try to clear up yeast. I am also on factive (five days on, five days off) for bartonella.
Could this be a herx? the yeast dying off? if so, when will it clear up (from others experiences)?
thanks!!!

I think it might be Bartonella. I have the exact same acne-looking rash, but it isn't acne. My LLMD said that it is Bart.
Mine is mostly on my arms and chest, but I have had it on my face and back as well as inside my mouth.

I get these too, but not to that extent. Sometimes on my face. Also have some on my legs, arms, back.

so is this a good sign? Like i'm herxing from the factive? they are thinking of stopping the factive because I've been having such problems with yeast and want to get that taken care of and feel the ABX are getting in the way.
thanks. how long did it take for your rashes to clear up?
