Eat fresh lemons. My now famous lyme doc says they are a natural cleanser. He wanted me to eat 4 per day throughout lyme treatment.
He also said to drink lots of water.
Together, these things are a great detox also.
You can drink hot water with fresh squeezed lemon juice in it in the morning. That helps a lot of people.
I drank lots of lemon water throughout the day.
