Try to get it in combination with other adrenal herbs (ashwaganda etc)

i take Apex energetics... Adrenal Calm for that EXACT issue.

^^^ You can find cheaper than that. but read ingredients

i need my cortisol to come down at night. but you need to learn when to take phospho... it's an art.

for example if you wanted your cortisol down at night... taking it at bedtime won't do jack.
You will need to take it in morning, at noon, at 6pm

research circadian rhythm

I also needed my cortisol to rise in the mornings. so I take Apex Energetics Adrenal stim.

do you have cortisol saliva results?

Bump

The adrenal calm product has St Johns Wort. Is that something to be weary of for those of us on abxs?

I've heard St Johns Wort can effect p450 chromose in liver causing meds to clear faster.

Maybe it doesn't because it's a cream and goes straight into blood vs oral supplementation?

I like NuTru brand. Haven't tried any other, so not sure it's much of a comparison.
