Hi. I am currently treating for Bart and am at about the 4 week mark.
Today I feel pretty lousy and am wondering if bartonella has a life cycle (like borrellia and babesia) where it is to be expected I would feel a bit worse around now..
thanks Abby

Abby, I don't know the medically correct answer, but I can tell you that my Bart symptoms go crazy when I ovulate and again with my period. I also notice smaller symptom flares every 3 days.
