Looks like your Bartonella test is positive, a 160 titer..anyone else is that right??

I think bart IgG positive. pretty sure. not a doc though.

Were these done after a challenge? If not I would
suspect both to be positive. I do believe Lyme can
hide these organisms from the immune system also.

I don't think you have to be on IV for neuro.. would be good, but I'm pretty sure lots here have gotten well on orals.
Mine was not so much neuro.. (though EVERYONE's is technically neuro).. and I got well on orals.
I hope others will chime in here who have mostly neuro symptoms.

And then again some people are too sick to go for
IV. Some docs chose to get the infection down some
first in an effort to cause less stress and prevent
possible crisis by too much cell loss.

My LLMd would say you had Ehrlichia and Bart. I have had test results almost identical to these.
Even though the Ehrlichia test "looks" negative on the IgM it is missing the the less than < sign...he would treat it, because anything without the less than sign can move up and it has happened to me. I thought I was negative being on the negative "line", but nope, I didn't treat and the titers climbed.
The IgG on Bart is rather high and mine once looked like that as well I was treated until it was less than <1:40.
