I am a lyme disease sufferer and have chronic nerve inflammation. This has caused me to develop carpal tunnel syndrome. I tried the "Carpal Solution" online and it was really helpful.

They are these flexible braces you tape on at night that gently move the muscles away from the medial nerve and this brings relief. It is kind of expensive if you keep using new braces.

However, I found you could reuse them with plastic first aid tape. It didn't cure me but I am so much better after using them. The maker says you should be able to discontinue their use after 6 weeks but I have found that I need to sleep with them every night.

I have also found it helpful to take 30-50 milligrams of zinc daily. This helps my nerve tingling a lot. My people with lyme are zinc deficient.

You don't want to take too much and you should take one that has copper with it. I am not an expert but I have found these things to be helpful and wanted to share them.

I have always heard that carpal tunnel syndrome is primarily a vitamin B6 deficiency. Was researching something else and ran across the product below. It includes primarily herbs for pain, fish oil and the B vitamins B2 and B2.

Have not tried this product and have no ties to this company. But adding some of the other supplements might help you also.

You should take a B-complex vitamin, magnesium, and calcium hypoxitate.

Also, check out the Trigger Point Therapy Workbook to try to address CTS problems. It worked wonders for me.
