I didn't notice any difference between liposomal glutathione and powdered glutathione. The latter is alot less costly. Glutathione ivs (preservative free and in glass bottles versus plastic bags) were very helpful.

tonglen- where do you purchase the powder? am not seeing a doctor right now to get the ivs. just wanted to do detoxing on my own and figured glut. would be helpful.

I'm taking the liquid version from readisorb.com and have heard researched nutritionals has a similar one, similar price.
I have to say I LOVE this stuff and I think it's made a huge difference for me. There are pretty much no other supplements that I can say that about. This stuff tastes like rotten eggs so just mix it in 1" of orange juice and you can't taste it at all. I take 2x/day on empty stomach. I LOVE LOVE LOVE the way it makes me feel. I may never stop taking this stuff and am looking into recipes for making my own since at 1 tsp BID, it adds up quickly to over $100/month.

are you all taking this because your doctor suggested it, or did you decide to try it out on your own?

You can make it yourself with an ultrasonic cleaner. I have made the vit. C & it works great! I haven't gotten to doing the glutathione yet.
Just google - homemade liposomal glutathione
I posted the links here a bunch of times. The links are also on Scott's website.
