I'm wondering if others here that are chemically sensitive and have done the genomics liver phase I/phase II test were able to tolerate drug/herb treatments?

My liver detox panel showed my phase I was very fast (too fast) and my phase II in particular glycuronidation (ability to detox med) was very slow.

I've been chemically sensitive for 20+ years. If I take meds like right now sleep meds I taste them in my mouth all day long. Even vitamin supplements since this crash are not agreeing with me.

My first experiment with pharmecuticals in November (flagyl/diflucan and a few herbs) caused be to get 100 worse from which I've still not recovered and a homebound. Herbs did a similar thing 2 years ago but was stronger than and recovered but not back to baseline.

I have an app't with Dr. H on May 5- does anyone know if he has worked with very sensitive patients like myself? Still dealthly scared of putting anything into my body since I've lost so much function in past 4 months (now weak and shaky all over including hard to hold up head, numb weak on left side of body, numbness spreadint to right, total insomnia/sleep meds not

working and they make me more toxic, nervous system on overdrive, burning all over jerking/twitching all over, gait off, balance off, coordination off even difficult to type, no appetite and tough to eat since so dizzy, dizzy sick feeling in head all the time etc etc.

Feels like MS only a whole lot worse. Pretty much in agony 7X24. So far I test negative for lesions on brain/spine. I was functional with bad brain fog and some jerking etcdid not feel strong but walking 3 miles a day and living life/taking care of family in November. Not perfect but nothing like am now. Now I'm non functional can't even read a book or watch a movie I'm in so much angst.

When I have tried to treat I have progessed this illness. I don' t feel like a herx would make you 100x worse and last for 4 months/still declinging neurologically? I feel like if I'd done nothing since onset of optic neuritis 4 years ago when this disease shifted from fibro to neuro I'd be better off.

Has anyone had a similar experience with liver detox issues/cheically sensitive were you still able to treat with abx successfully?

Does Dr. H have experience with patients like myself?Have an app't with him for May 5. I feel like I'm still in downward spiral. And no sleep for 4 months now. Been on Trazadone which is not working and leaves a toxic taste in mymouth all the time. Neuro prescribed Gaba Pent- have not started yet. Seeing my GP about other sleep meds.Nervous about GP adding to toxic load and will it help call my nervous system down and help me sleep so I can begin to recover/stop decline.

But also feel like these drugs (never taken drugs in past)are adding to toxic load, but need to get sleeping. Herbs seem to make the jerking worsen and dizziness worse/not working for sleep.

So much for 12 years of all organic diet, exercise, no chemicals etc. etc. since onset of "fibro".

I know there are no easy answers. Just looking for feedback and scared.

Medcaps DPO can be helpful for phase I & II issues.

Dr H is a very good Dr. He is decent w/ detox and will make suggestions, just be sure to communicate you need to focus on detox heavily at the time being.
