I have been unable to handle abx for months now. Out of desperations and what will it hurt ive been on GSE for almost a month now. Im actually on only 3 drops a day.
At first i didn't notice a difference, but i think i am herxing on it maybe...lol maybe as im so screwed up lately i cant tell whats what.
Im also taking plaq every day..
Any suggestions on how to raise it so you can handle or be treating.

Went on GSE about 6 weeks ago. Didn't know what to start at so went straight to 10 2xday.
Talk about Herx. The worst ever. LD just about keeled over when I told him how much I had been taking.
Start slowly and build up. Now I'm up to 10 2xday w/no complications and will work up to 15.

Wow, 10 drops! My stomach can't tolerate 6 yet, so I got off for 2 weeks and started with 3 this am., once a day. I will try to sneak up on my stomach/yeast problem.
I have had a hard time tolerating abx; couldn't function because of my whole digestive system reactions. Does anyone know how to tell a Herx from digestive issues?

Also am taking the Agri Plus in 6 oz water plus a little juice to cover up the bitterness, and taking it after a full meal.
The parasite treatment I finished 10 days ago helped my stomach a LOT. I could not function when I had stomach attacks before then. No more bloating or gas anymore either.

I took Grapefruit seed extract for a year with no problems even when I started. I did not like the taste of the drops so I took 1200mg of it in capsules. Maybe that is one reason I got so much better from the lyme, but not the bart. I also took 1500mg of toa free cat's claw in capsule form. I had already been on 6 months of abx when I started.

GSE comes in a tablet form, too. It's supposed to be good for parasites. I'm taking the tablet form and I can't tell if it's actually doing anything, so I can't really compare the liquid and tablet versions.

GSE is thought to possibly be a cyst buster.
Also- heads-up:
There was a big campaign to discredit it's efficacy a couple of years ago, so you'll see tons of references on Wikipedia to 'the study that proved it's not effective other than it's preservatives'. I looked at the study and it looked like it was badly done, and probably done by someone with an agenda, so I am personally ignoring the 'evidence' against it, after researching this issue quite a bit.
