hi lulu i am having the same issue...need to start moppoing up die off but Iam taking a slew of things. i take synthroid in the am and am on bruner herbs 3 times a day and i take pain meds five times a day. just no window that works 3x a day.
i think the most important thing is to keep it away from the thyroid and seizure meds the most.
what are you taking at 12:30 and 4:30? i looked it up on under the durg interactions and they say four hours away from meds like thryoid and i would assume the same for seizure meds.
Could you take your am meds at 6am? i take them whenever i wake up. i keep a low light flashlight by my bed and check the time when i take it.
its not the exsct time everyday but usually i wake up at least once between 4am and 7am. i take my sythroid and my norco and usually fall back to sleep for a few hours. this way i get my synthroid in hours before i want to eat or take any other herb or drug.
also. this med causes constipation in most of us and for me taking pain meds i really have to stay on top of this. i take extra mag and vit c, i eat a lot of prunes and drink aloe vera too. hope this helps, take care

My LLMD just told me to take it two hours after antibiotics and to not take more antibiotics until 4 hours later. I'm in the same boat- just started buhner herbs again, and I will have trouble scheduling all of that stuff. I'm thinking of setting an alarm to wake me in the night to take it. Yuck.

if you look up taking this with thyroid meds it says just like you said, at least one hour before and 4-6 hours after.
it will affect the absorption and availiblity of the meds in our bodies. all meds if we take it near them but some or more serious like thyroid, and warfrin.
so, if you are taking thyroid meds three times a day your going to have a tuff time fitting it in...and you really wouldn't want to lose the affects of your anti seizure meds either.
i think we all have to really be mindful with using binders that we are soaking up all the good stuff along with the bad.....vitamins minerals herbs etc.
i am trying hard to find the right time to take stuff with the bruner herbs.
i don't know if i am having a "herx" but my pain and fatigue are worse and i am needing to nap more often.
so i think i need to take the binders but i don't want to soak up the 500.00 worth of meds vits and herbs i am taking. i need my pain meds full strenght at night so can't take them in the middle of the night but i think that is a great way to do it if you can. its a crazy dance!

- ASPARTAME ALERT:
Be sure to check the ingredients in the Cholestyramine (or Welchol). If it contains aspartame, do not take it. Take back to the pharmacy for a refund.
Aspartame is neurotoxic, even just a trace of it. That could be confused with a "herx" - but much more serious, really. -
