not on treatment yet, but last night I went to bed, couldn't sleep cause I had a panic attack and my head was feeling a little dizzy.
Finally fell asleep around 5ish, just woke up at like 2:40, and I feel messed up, My head feels really light, my fatigue is out of this world, walking is a struggle, I have anxiety for no reason, I'm sweating more then I ever have.
Gahhh, i hope this is just a one day flare or something, and doesn't mean I'm getting worse.

- you say: " . . . not on treatment yet . . . "
All the symptoms you describe are very common with lyme and other tick-borne infections. It makes sense, just try to take really good care of yourself until treatment can begin (soon, I hope).
When will that be? Do you have a LLMD yet? -

No its just like all my symptoms are x10 today for no reason,
I live in canada, very hard to get an LLMD, I'm starting treatment soon with a lyme friendly doctor, but wow. I feel rough today.
Is this normal for symptoms to just get 1000000x time worse randomly?

Yes, it is normal.
Lyme disease has a 28 day flare or cycle. Other coinfections have cycles too.
So, I suggest you write "bad day" on a calendar on today's date. Then, next time you have a really bad day, count the amount of time that has gone by.
This kind of info is very valuable to the doctor who is treating you. It helps them diagnose you and treat you.
You can even write down the worst symptoms you are having today.
To get an education on lyme disease and its coinfections, I suggest you read and study the Dr. Burrascano lyme treatment guidelines. They are found here:
This is what Dr. B says about keeping a record of symptoms:
"All patients must keep a carefully detailed daily diary of their symptoms to help us document the presence of the classic four week cycle, judge the effects of treatment, and determine treatment endpoint. One must follow such diaries, temperature readings in late afternoon, physical findings, notes from physical therapists, and cognitive testing to best judge when to change or end antibiotics. Remember- there currently is no test for cure, so this clinical follow-up assumes a major role in Lyme Disease care." (page 17)
When I was treating lyme, I would write "bad day" and then count forward 28 days and write "bad day" again. This way, I knew not to plan anything for that next bad day. It came like clockwork for me.
By the way, my doctor followed the Burrascano lyme treatment guidelines and he got rid of this disease for me (plus babesiosis and bartonella). It has now been 5 years since I completed my treatment and I am still symptom-free, enjoying my life.
The Burrascano protocol got all of my friends well also. That's why I recommend to everyone that they try to find a lyme doctor who follows the Burrascano protocol. You have to ask when you call the doctor's office.
Burrascano is the lyme disease guru of the U.S. and of the world. He wrote his Guidelines to teach other doctors how to get rid of this disease.
His guidelines are followed by doctors in other countries. So, you may be able to find a Burrascano type doc in Canada. I hope so.
Basically, Burrascano says you get rid of this disease by giving the patient high-dose combinations of antibiotics (not just one at a time), by testing for all coinfections and treating all that the patient has, by adding certain supplements and herbs, by eating a certain diet, and by doing a 1 hour weight lifting program every OTHER day.
His protocol kills the germs and helps your body's immune system recover so that you will not relapse once treatment is over.
By the way, depression can be a symptoms of the 28 day lyme flare. Hopefully, tomorrow you will feel much better.
Let us know.
