How is the book coming along? I am on Saccromyties Bourlardi (sp?). I get them at vitacost. The company is vitacost. Or you can google florastar. They are basically them same thing. The probiotics protect the good bacteria in your intestines. You need to take them 2 hours away from the anitbiotics.

I take Ultimate Flora Critical Care from the Vitamin Shoppe online.
I love them. I have no digestive problems since taking them, and I don't have a yeast problem.
I take them at night, 2+ hrs after my antibiotics.
High quality probiotics are expensive but necessary when on long term antibiotics.
The probiotics replenish and are the GOOD bacteria, in several forms. They play an important role in your immune system.

My LLMD gave me a list out of which I picked the refrigerated Blue Bonnet. It has 3 billion organisms. I don't know if this is any good or if I should change. What is the reccomended amount of probiotics you should be taking daily?
