I take 6-9 mg. of Sustained released Melatonin and 1 capsule of cal/mag to help sleep. the naltrexone doesn't bother my sleep. I've been taking melatonin for quite a while now. sometimes one has to take it for several weeks before it works really well.

I have been taking either Lunesta or Ambien every night for sleep with my LDN. I can't say for sure it's okay, but I am 99.99% sure it is because I've been doing it forever with my doctor's blessing. I am sure if it wasn't okay, they would have said something.
Sometimes I take them close together, but since Lunesta and Ambien are not narcotics (are they?) I don't think it matters.
Sometimes I will also take Xanax at night instead of the Lunesta or Ambien....didn't ask doctor if it was okay....but so far I haven't run into problems, and I'll take it like 30 min after the LDN, so I obviously don't worry about taking them together.
I think Xanax leaves me more tired the next day vs. the other two sleep aids, so I stick with Lunesta or Ambien.
I would think Benedryl would also be okay for sleep (take a lot of high quality/no contaminant cod liver oil throughout day if Benedryl constipates you).
I also have taken the over the counter sleep aids like Unisom with LDN. Again, don't know if it's allowed, but I'm not dead yet!
