hi everyone,

i just took my first dose of mepron tonight (1 tsp, with fat), and am currently trying very hard not to puke. the nausea hit about an hour or so after i swallowed my dose. is this a babs herx? a reaction to the med? have others experienced nausea with mepron and if so, what do you do to alleviate it? does it lessen as treatment progresses?

i might try backing down to 1/2 tsp tomorrow and working up to 2 tsp (target dose) from there; i usually need to start new meds/herbs extremely slowly.

any thoughts/experiences you feel willing to share would be greatly appreciated. thanks.

In my case I think the nausea was not a herx. When I first started it the taste didn't bother me, but after a year, I just couldn't take it anymore. I really got sick of the taste.

I guess it could be a herx, but I really don't think so.
