I have a question about Doctors.... I have an appointment on 5/7 with a pain specialist that my PCP refered me to. I have checked into LLMD in my area and they do not except my insurance... not sure why! Do you think that seeing the specialist rather then a LLMD is just a waste of time? What should I do??

Most LLMD's do not take insurance. If they do, their hands are tied.

Many Lyme patients see LLMD's AND pain specialists.

Either way, you must get TREATED or you are just putting a band-aid on a BIG illness.
