Ditto. Take magnesium. If you still have cramping, take more magnesium.

Same here. Magnesium has helped my hands and feet (and neck) cramps immensely. I take 400-600 mg a day but some take more, just depends on how much your body needs.

Epsom soaks helped mine too. As well as
electrolytes. As you get further along it should
get better.
