Well I know that Epsom salt baths are good for detox and to get toxins out. I do not know the connection to babs and this though. I know that in my case I cannot get the water too hot or I feel much worse. I hope others will have some answers for you.

It's great for detoxing, and joint pain. I am currently being treated for babesia, and use it as needed.

I have Babs and have hot baths often. I don't notice any worsening of symptoms. Only positive effects.
If you can get into a FIR sauna...it helps me significantly more than epsom baths do.

Are you going to do the one with grated ginger, hydrogen peroxide and epsom salts? Shouldn't have any problems with it unless you're sensitive to magnesium or salt. I've done great with them and believe they're really helping me to detox. I do them at least three times a week and feeling much better too.
