If you have to take Bactrim DS and Biaxin twice a day, do you take the pills together in the morning and the evening?
Do you take them an hour a part? Also, how did that combo work for you? Let me know!

I have taken that combo in the past, and I took them together, twice a day. I don't know of any reason they can't be taken at the same time.
Good luck!

Hi Joe Long time.
Pming you.
I think you should be able to take them together? Not positive but not heard of a reason why not?
