I was put on Keflex last week for a strep UTI and the next day became very weepy and tired. I also switched from low dose Samento to higher dose Cat's Claw (among other things), and also have been helping with a new grandbaby.

I have temporarily stopped the Cat's Claw and most other new things and am still weepy and keep telling everyone I hate Mother's Day..... kind of irrational!!!

I have never really been able to identify herxes(they have seemed continual), but have been feeling better and think this is one..... What do you think???

It sounds like a herx to me. I always get weepy when I herx. I think it was wise to stop the Cat's Claw for a day or two til the herx lifts a bit.

I have irrational thoughts also, when herxing, but I've finally learned to keep them to myself. [Big Grin]
