Tested positive for lyme but since I live in florida, my doc thinks it's fybro. On lyrica but still feel awfull. Need a doc but can't find one. So sick, I'm willing to travel anywhere. Please help.

Do not let anyone convince you that because you live in a certain state, that it can't be Lyme. Many of us have heard that from MD's, only to find out it is just not so.

If it makes you feel any better, I live in New Hampshire which is a highly epidemic area and they STILL refused to think I could have lyme for five long years and told me I had Fibromyalgia with something neurological going on. Hmmmmm.
As the others have said, you need to get to a LLMD. I only wish I had known about this site in those five years of searching for answers. You have done well, just to come here.
