I give my kids Udo's Choice Infant Probiotic. It's a powder, advertised for kids 0-5. And, we put it in their drinks.
I'm not treating my kids for Lyme, this is just for their general well-being.
I know a lot more people have a lot more experience on probiotics, but, I have found that I "over dosed" on probiotics, and the result of that was constipation. So, just be aware of that possiblity. Good luck.

My son is almost 6 and I have been giving him probiotics twice a day. His LLMD said to give at least 8 different strains, so I've had to use different brands to do that. I give him Culturelle and I-flora (for kids) during the day, then I give him the 6 strain blend from Custom Probiotics at night. The I-flora and Custom Probiotics are powder that can be mixed with a drink. The Culturelle comes in capsules that I open up and pour in a drink. I have wondered if I'm overdoing it, but so far my son hasn't had any constipation issues. I also give him Florastor at the same time as abx.
