I think I know why I have been feeling like total crap as of late. About two and half weeks ago, I hiked about 12 miles, nothing too steep, in Arches National Park.

The next day and until today, I have been experiencing widespread pain and none of my other symptoms have gotten any worse.

I am not sure why I didn't see this earlier. I was on Cipro for about a month back in December. I have heard that tendonitis symptoms can come out months after and be aggravated by over exercising? Is this true? What do you think?

Could be from the Cipro... but what about an additonal unseen tick bite?

If there was an unseen tick bite I highly doubt it happened on that hike. It doesn't seem like there would be any ticks in the desert?

My friend found a tick on himself the other day after walking around in the woods in Colorado. Ugh, I used to pull those things off like it was no big deal before Lyme. When I saw that one I have never been so disgusted.

OH... the desert!! I think I've been to Arches... many many years ago.

I would Google "quinolones + tendonitis" or something like that.

Has Ceftin ever been known to cause tendonitis like symptoms?
