This is my secondary rash besides the 6 red circles. Quest Lab lyme test says NEGATIVE AGAIN per my wonderful primary this morning.

Does this Pityrasis Rosea have anything to do with Lyme/co-infections??

I don't know whether Pityriasis Rosea has anything to do with Lyme infection but you might want to try www.mayoclinic.com/health/pityriasisrosea.

No to Mayo when it comes to Lyme they are a big oFFender!

Yes Lyme causes this in some.
