I am also interested in this info.
I am thinking of adding Magnesium to help our daughter with anxiety, but not sure if it has to be balanced with calcium?

Magnesium can cause loose stool if body not used to it so don't be surprised.
Ramp up. no you do not need to take calcium with it.

Magnesium glycinate is supposed to be the best tolerated of the magnesium compounds: I take huge quantities and have no problems. If I ease up, my heart, muscles, and anxiety levels are all affected.

I don't think it is wise to supplement calcium. Instead it might make more sense to supplement vitamin K2. If you don't have enough of this vitamin, too much free calcium causes a lot of symptoms. So a combination of magnesium with lots of vegetables and supplementing vitamin k2 might be enough to manage that. You might want to have some yogurt in the morning. Yogurts, a good source of phosphorous and at the same time a probiotic. Make sure it is good one, like stonyfields and plain at that or better yet -- make your own.
By the way there is very little sugar in plain yogurt despite what the packaging says. The sugar content on somethings are a little deceiving.

I'm with Bob. Biofilm is made up of a lot of Calcium.
I would not want to give them more protection unless necessary.
Calcium is usually well maintained in the body at all costs.
Nutrition may be a better choice than supp's.
