Hi All,

Saw Dr. H in NY about a week ago, never been treated before (bit by a tick about 5 years ago). I was prescribed 5 meds. Cefdinir, Plaquenil, Nystatin, probenicid and Zitromax.

So, I started one medication every other day. The last one I started was this morning and it was zitromax and like an hour and a 1/2 later I was feeling overwhelmingly exhausted, kinda clammy as well, no headache, but almost like all the side effects of a headache without actually having one.. I somehow made it into work, but am struggling bad today to keep my eyes open. I just feel SOOOO off. Very hard to describe.

My question is, does anyone know if what I described is a side effect of Zithro? Can't be a herx just a few hours into the medication can it?

I had barely any reactions to any of the other meds (a few bouts of nausia that passed and 1 or 2 headaches, but nothing consistant)...

Just curious if anyone could comment...

Thanks!
