I doubt i'm the only one to have this, but it's kind of a hard one to describe so i didn't know what to search for.
A lot of times if i get up, turn my head quickly or any sort of movement usually from being still i get their weird "waves" of fatigue that feel like they pass through me quickly. I know that sounds wacky but i don't know how else to describe it. it's not painfull, almost tingly but maybe 1/2 or a full second in duration.
Does anyone else have this, is there a name for it? and anyone have any idea about what actually causes it?

I understand what you mean, I think. I get feelings of fatigue that only last a few seconds. I mean I am tired quite often but this feeling is like a whole body exhaustion. It feels like my whole body just wants to give out.
I don't know where it comes from or what causes it. Not even sure if what I am describing is what you mean.

I think it's blood flow related, as I also get this, but if I get up and walk around, not only does that symptom abate, but many others as well.

this doesn't get better with anything. It started happening 3 days ago and became prominent as i began feeling better otherwise. It was my only lyme symptom the first time around, now again(at least today) it's the only one left.
It happens almost whenever i move in any way. it's like a mini jolt going through my body. very weird.
