I can't figure out what this is but something is definitely up!
This started with a spot on my shoulder about the size of a small mosquito bite. It keeps scabbing over, then if I mash on it, it bleeds, oozes clear liquid, then cycle repeats. It's been about 2 weeks and is not healing. In this particular spot I was clawed pretty deeply by my new kitten...which seems to be what started this.
Now I have come up with one spot on each leg, 1 more on the same shoulder and 2 more on the other shoulder (not where the cat scratched me). I used to get pimples/sores like this on my chin. They are very stubborn and last a long time.
The best way I can describe them is they start out as a very small bump. When first mashed they might have a little pus but not much comes out. Instead they bleed and all seem to have this plug/core (whitish) which is deeply rooted and just won't come out. After being mashed they scab over and then process continues as I can't seem to stop picking at them ( I know I probably shouldn't!)
Could this be some form of herpes (they are almost like cold sores but not as big and don't hurt as bad) or could it be from a candida infection or cat scratch fever or bacterial infection or just some weird dermalogical thing???
I've been on abx now for 3 months and I feel I could be developing candida although I think I had candida before but never anything like this. Any help is greatly appreciated!

You should have a dermatologist examine and culture the spots. Especially since they do not seem to be going away on their own.
Until you get in to see the doctor, try not to pick at the sores. I know easier said than done. Just remember, impaired skin integrity leads to infection. You don't want to end up with MRSA.

I'd heard of MRSA but didn't know what it was until I looked it up just now. Ugh!
The list of lyme related symptoms just grows and grows. After reading that I am now scared maybe I could have this? the bumps I have are very small though...look kind of like small infected mosquito bites.

This is a premature judgement call, but I have similar skin lesions on my neck, shoulders and back.
I'm confident it's attributed to Bartonella.
There's another name for Bartonella, it's called Cat-scratch Fever.
Lyme Bart and Cat-scratch fever are supposed to be different strains from what I understand, but I don't think it's impossible that they can cause the same type of symptoms.
I would tell your GP what happened with the cat.
Google, "Cat-scratch fever"
