Eat lots of lemons and drink lots of water. My lyme doc says lemons are a natural cleanser of the body. The lemons and the water will flush out the toxins that cause you to herx.

My doc wanted me to eat 4 lemons per day while treating lyme. I never ate that many, but my herxes were mild and I give the credit to the lemons and a low carb diet.

My first herx (the worst) was 3 days of feeling bad and 4 more days of feeling half bad.

Many, many people have reported how much the lemons helped them. It has to be lemons, not lemon juice from a bottle.

I cut up the lemons and squeezed them into a jug of water and made that my only drink all day long.

Hope it works for you.

Why are you only on 28 days of treatment? Did you start treating the day you got bitten, or have you been sick longer? If you have been sick longer 28 days is a joke and you need to find a doctor who will treat you correctly.

Please see the treatment guidelines in my link below and read all of it.
