I have read fry labs has a test where they look at your blood thru a microscope and tell you if anything is in it? I looked at their internet site... which test should I get? I don't THINK I have any bart/babs symptoms. Would like to get test(s) to confirm if I do/dont have any possible issues.

thanks, [Smile]

Blood smear I believe - $295. I haven't bothered because it doesn't seem like he can positively identify anything anyways. Just guesses.

I think you need the biofilm test, you can call the lab and discuss with them.
The question is what are your symptoms?

I had the bart test done by Fry and it was negative but I definitely have Bart - 3 strains. Experimental testing done at NC State Veterinary College confirmed it.

I don't know how reliable any of these tests are. [Frown]

hrm. I guess there is no point getting the tests if you don't think you have anything... but if I did get one done and something showed up perhaps I should do something about it..

I had a test done there. They found biofilms but couldn't say what was inside of them. Not very useful information, as I see it, and depressing to boot!

It's a lab that can't tell you what you have and how to treat.
