Wow, What a morning, I feel like I am in another world. Comctantly day dreaming, drifting, feeling lightheaded. I have to teach, 11/12 grade Physical education all day today outside in heat and very humid weather. Any suggestion on how to make it through?

It's a tough call, make sure you drink and have electrolytes. (Gatorade) know the other world feeling and whatever takes you through the day, you'd do it.
