It seems tha the majority of people have Herx's either starting a new med or every 3-5 weeks.

I however jot down each day whether I have symptoms so i can see how many days between symptoms and symptom free days.

It seems that I have 5-7 days no symptoms with a return of mild symptoms that last 3 days.

Is it possible that this is a herx (still on abx, without change) every few days???

Sounds like Babesia which flares every 4-7 days.

I am on Doxy 400 mg a day, Amoxocillin 3,000 mg a day, Probenecid 1,500 mg a day, Diflucan 100 mg a day.

I have been on my treatment protocol for nearly a month and I seem to fluctuate on a bi-monthly basis.

Week One I wasn't "symptom-free" as I still had the Lyme symptoms I've had, but I wasn't any worse.

Week Two I became very ill. I spent the majority of the week nauseated and in a lot of pain, sleeping nearly all day.

Week Three I again only was having my usual symptoms.

Week 4 I became ill once more. Intense head pressure and pain caused me to go to the ER, an increase in the severity of my neuro issues and nausea has occurred on a daily basis. Pain has also increased. I have been like this for two days so far. Insomnia has been an issue as well.
