Hello to all -
Going away and need info on dosage for non-refrigerated probiotics.

Have been on antibiotics for almost 2 years now and Udo's Choice Adult Probiotics, 8 strains, 12 billion cells. Taking 4 per day and it's keeping yeast from taking over.

I saw your suggestions for Theralac, Essential Formulas and iflora and will see if Whole Foods has any of them. Need dosage info that people have had success with while in treatment.

Also, had an awful reaction to Doxy last week, had sunscreen on but it didn't matter. Burning tingling lips, then hands, then arms, then feet.
Water felt like it was boiling.

It's better now but I'm nervous about the sun. If I'm covered up and using sunscreen is this still going to happen? (Had sunscreen on.)

Thanks everyone, you have been so helpful in the past. Feel better and God bless....

Just saw the burning, tingling hands thread - didn't see that before I posted. Sorry.
