I would get my sons on Pekana drainage remedies. You usually buy them through a doctor but I buy mine on-line. They have the best price I could find and shipping is free if order is over $100.
You must have a phone consult with their ND but it is free and you only need to have it once and you can order after that whenever you want. They are very helpful folks. I have no financial relationship with them.
Do a google search for c3d immune complex lyme for other info.

Thanks Terry that was very helpful. Mine is about 45 at the moment. I didn't know I was lugging around little cellular garbage cans. No wonder why I get tired.

Thanks for the info...my twin 6 year old boys have numbers for this close to 100. It always concerned me but our LLMD didn't tell us what to do about it.
