My IGeneX IGG blood work came back positive; my urine test came back negative. Why would the urine test come back negative if the blood work was positive?

Also, can you explain what this means:
IFA, B BURGDORFERI G/M/A 1:80 TITER

Just happens, I guess! So many factors are involved with the two entirely different tests.

I have no clue with the IFA. Does it show what the normal range is??

What about your IgM??
