I was just diagnosed with this on my abdomen via skin biopsy. Has anyone ever heard of this or had it?
I went to the dermo for a lesion on my arm and when he looked at my stomach he said "what are all these red rings??!" He was so alarmed, he did a biopsy of both areas.
Abdomen showed EAC Rash.
Arm showed Lichen Planus Keratosis (which I also have in my mouth)

Could it be a reaction or allergy from a drug or herb you're taking?

I had something similar (self-diagnosed via online dermatology atlas :-) when I was taking a new herbal tincture.

It is apparently a harmless, common side-effect of LDM-100, lomatium tincture, but I think there are many types of erythema annulare rashes.

It did eventually fade--I'd backed off on the LDM-100 dose, or maybe I stopped it for a while.

Hope you're OK!

Not taking anything new. No new meds or herbs. Not even treating Lyme right now. Cannot handle antibiotics.
